Frequently Asked Questions

Our various services, methods, and processes can be a little confusing sometimes.  If you have every had a bad experience with a previous company, the first thing to do is ask questions.  Listed below our some of the common questions we hear from our satisfied customers.

How long will this take?

Depending on the services being performed, it can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours for cleaning.  Some services, such as tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning, can have various times.  We don't rush; we take our time to make the job right the first time.

How long will it take to dry?

It usually takes from 2 to 8 hours to dry depending upon the condition and thickness of the carpet, ventilation, and method of cleaning. But you can walk on it as soon as we’re done. I wouldn’t throw a party or anything but normal traffic won’t hurt it. Just be careful not to slip when going from damp carpet onto a hard surface.


With upholstery cleaning, we recommend that you do not sit on the furniture for 24 hours.  We don't want you to sit on wet furniture.


Tile cleaning dry time is almost instanteous unless it is sealed.  With sealant, it will take roughly 1 to 2 hours for the sealant to completely dry.

What type of chemicals do you use? 

We use top-of-the-line cleaning products consistent with industry standards and manufacturers recommendations. Our products are environmentally friendly, and OSHA and EPA compliant.

Do you move furniture? 

We move things like recliners, tables and chairs. We don’t move dressers, beds, china cabinets, electronics, pianos, sofas and such. All we ask is that you remove breakables and knickknacks from the furniture you want moved.

Will the price change? 

When you call for an estimate we ask a series of questions which will help detect any conditions which may involve an extra charge. These charges are standard in the industry. If your technician arrives the day of your appointment, and concludes that your cleaning method may not be sufficient, he will provide you with a revised estimate.  This is also standard practice in the industry.  One persons definition of "It is not that dirty" varies from the next person.  In order to provide you with the best cleaning possible, it may require revising our original planned methods of cleaning.  In the end, the choice is still yours.
